The 2025 Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon were hand-harvested on August 25, 2025, whole cluster pressed, then slowly fermented in stainless steel.
The 2025 Sauvignon Blanc has an expressive nose with abundant Meyer lemon, pineapple, and mango, with a hint of lychee and orange blossom. The mouth is weighty and round thanks to the Sémillon component, striking a lovely balance with the natural bright acidity of the Sauvignon Blanc. Flavors of pineapple, mango, and lemon blend with a compelling wet stone minerality.

Varying terrain, different clones, and different rootstocks produce a patchwork of flavor identities between the vineyard blocks and their resulting cuvees, brought together in a blend that is essentially a snapshot in time of a dynamic, ever-changing vineyard.

Each fermenter saw twice daily pumpovers to gently encourage but thorough extraction of tannin and flavor. The young wines were pressed off the skins after an average of ten days of fermentation, and barrel-aged for 22 months in 40% new French oak.
In the nose, the wine shows generous aromas of blackberry, black currant, cocoa powder, flint, and a touch of cedar. In the mouth the wine shows juicy, luscious flavors of ripe blackberry, black plum, creme de cassis, and freshly roasted coffee, all layered with a generous, broad-shouldered structure and lovely, creamy tannins. The finish is perfumed with cinnamon and cardamom and a lingering hint of vanilla.

This is a wine of elegance and finesse that fulfills our intentions; to reflect the style of wine that typifies Bordeaux varietals without any one dominating. The grapes from each varietal going into this dynamic wine are selected from specific areas throughout the vineyard based on meticulous planning and consistent farming techniques to encourage synchronous ripening. When the intersection of the three varietals’ ripeness is optimized, all varietals are picked and fermented together.
The 2022 Terzetto is generous from the start, with an extroverted nose of black cherry, freshly roasted coffee, black plum and ripe cassis, with hints of exotic Chinese five spice powder. In the mouth, the wine offers richly textured layers of flavor, with ripe cherry, blackberry, espresso, cardamom and clove. The tannins are finely grained and provide a mouth-filling frame for the wine’s generous
flavors.

Deeply scented and inviting aromas of blackberry compote, graphite and cassia bark. The palate is full-bodied with supple tannins and integrated acidity, carrying notes of mocha, tobacco leaves and mulberry bush. Very precisely structured and giving. Drinkable now, but best from 2028.

The 2022 See Clone Cabernet Sauvignon marks the inaugural vintage of this new wine, sourced from the oldest producing vines in the vineyard, organically farmed since 1974. It is a deeply savoury red, opening with layers of black currant, leather, and licorice. Medium-bodied on the palate, it has inky dark fruit and assertive, powerful tannins that build toward a dry, structured finish. This is a bold and characterful expression from these historic vines.

A debut release, the 2022 Cabernet Sauvignon See Clone is from vines planted in 1989 and budded over to cuttings from the first block planted at the winery in 1975 (that original three-acre block was lost to fire in 2020). Mocha and dark chocolate notes accent bright raspberries on the nose, while the medium- to full-bodied wine features lovely weight and balance and silky tannins on the long finish.

The fruit for the Las Flores, Cabernet Sauvignon, comes from a section of our vineyard called the Las Flores block, named by the Nevarez family, who have been farming the land with us since 1974. The mustard that grows in the Las Flores block every spring blooms a more brilliant yellow in this field than anywhere else within our vineyard.
The 2022 Las Flores is bright and lively in the glass with aromas of red cherry, blackberry, black plum and cedar. In the mouth, the wine shows lovely flavors of black cherry, cocoa powder, and creme de cassis, with a lingering perfume of nutmeg throughout the finish.

The V, Cabernet Sauvignon is a special collaboration born out of a desire to take high quality wine grape growing to its highest potential. The vines from our steepest terrain were heavily thinned to one cluster per shoot, dry farmed and a meticulously managed canopy ensured even ripening. The resulting tiny berries produced a powerhouse of flavors. This is a wine that truly began in the vineyard.

The Canyon block was hand harvested on September 28th, 2022. The grapes were destemmed and sent to a stainless steel tank where twice daily pumpovers encouraged thorough but gentle extraction of this block’s ample tannins. After 11 days the new wine was pressed off the skins and sent to barrels, approximately 40% of which was new French oak. During its 22 month barrel aging, the wine was racked an additional three times to promote tannin maturation and naturally clarify the wine.
The 2022 V Cabernet Sauvignon shows aromas of spicy black plum, black cherry, black currant, and graphite. In the mouth the wine is concentrated and driven, with mouth-filling flavors of blackberry, black cherry, and creme de cassis, densely layered within generously structured tannins that infer this wine will age gracefully, while showing approachability in its youth. The finish is perfumed with nutmeg and allspice.

The 2022 Cabernet Sauvignon V comes from the winery’s Canyon Block, the steepest portion of the property, featuring shallow soils and only two canes per vine (the vineyard features quad canes on the floor). Aging 22 months in French oak has imparted hints of mocha to the bright cherries on the nose, while alfalfa-like notes chime in as well. It’s medium- to full-bodied and pleasantly silky in texture, with ample length on the finish.
