The Volker Eisele Family Estate Sauvignon Blanc is a field blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon. Our 2024 Sauvignon Blanc was hand-harvested on August 20, 2024, whole cluster pressed, then slowly fermented in stainless steel.
The 2024 Sauvignon Blanc has a bright and expressive nose of mandarin oranges, mango, and passionfruit. In the mouth, the wine shows exceptionally clean varietal aromas of passionfruit and guava together with a zing of minerality. The fresh acidity nicely frames the wine’s textured body from the Sémillon component.

Volker Eisele Family Estate Cabernet Sauvignon is a blend of vineyard blocks from throughout the entire estate. Varying terrain, different clones, and different rootstocks produce a patchwork of flavor identities between the vineyard blocks and their resulting cuvees, brought together in a blend that is essentially a snapshot in time of a dynamic, ever-changing vineyard.
The 2018 Volker Eisele Family Estate Cabernet Sauvignon is a deep garnet color in the glass. Ample aromas of blueberry, ripe cherry, and a hint of graphite perfumes the nose. The mouth shows creamy, broad tannins with integrated fine grain French oak, supporting flavors of cherry, black mission fig, deeply roasted coffee, and the sweet char of French oak.

… blackberries and good, grippy tannins in this full-bodied, generous, and concentrated wine made from organic grapes. It combines power with grace at the midpalate and the finish lightens up and brings out mint, cloves and cedar nuances.

This is a wine of elegance and finesse that fulfills our intentions; to reflect the style of wine that typifies Bordeaux varietals without any one dominating. The grapes from each varietal going into this dynamic wine are selected from specific areas throughout the vineyard based on meticulous planning and consistent farming techniques to encourage synchronous ripening. When the intersection of the three varietals’ ripeness is optimized, all varietals are picked and fermented together.
The 2021 Terzetto shows deep, dark fruit on the nose, with aromas of blackberry, black currant, and hints of sweet oak. In the mouth the wine is textured and densely structured, with flavors of black cherry and plum layered with espresso and cocoa powder. The lengthy finish is perfumed with vanilla bean.

A harmony of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc, this red blend celebrates aromatic lift as much as structure and length. Dark fruits combine with fresh herbs and tobacco with cocoa powder and spice emerging from the finish.
91 ~ Wine Enthusiast
An equal-parts blend of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, the 2021 Terzetto features vanilla-infused cherries on the nose, joined by assertive herbal nuances, adding hints of tobacco, tea, sage and bay leaf. It’s medium-bodied and silky in feel, nicely balanced overall, with a softly dusty finish.
